Home Ministry issued guidelines for unlock-3

Ministry of Home Affairs issued new guidelines for unlock-3. These will be valid till 31 August 2020. The new guidelines are a` part of an effort to resume more activities in areas outside the container zone. Moreover, it also look to extend the lockdown to the container zone by 31 August 2020.
